Day 11: Fat Face
Today for the first time, I discovered an app called Fat Face, via my students in 6th period. You take a picture, then the application modifies your photo to make you look like you have gained a considerable amount of weight. It was super funny. There was also "face in a hole." My students are way more up-to-date than I am.

What I'd like to know is, who's sitting around writing the code for these apps? And why aren't they working for NASA? Or maybe it's the guys in the mail room at Microsoft.
ReplyDeleteYesterday I did something sort of inadvertently that I didn't even realize was a new thing until late last night - I took my Kindle to work to finish a book, just because I couldn't stand not knowing what was going to happen. I've never done any pleasure reading at work, except during my lunch hour, so that was a first. And I didn't mean for it to be a new thing, but I didn't do anything else new yesterday. Lame, I know.
Gosh I miss your writing! Maybe one day your husband will get a real job so you have time to resume this entertaining blog. Love ya Babe,
